Dr.Sc.Ing. Olegs Nikisins

Researcher Olegs Nikisins has been working in the Institute of Electronics and Computer Science since 2007. He has been involved in the National Research Program related to development of novel digital signal processing methods and their applications. His main interests are digital signal and image processing, biometrics,2D and 3D face image recognition and embedded system design.

In BiTe project he is a volunteer researcher and is helping to develop face detection and recognition module for multimodal biometric system.
